Refund and cancellation policy

This page covers cancelling Glow Up, the free trial and refunds in one place. It's part of our Terms of Service, section 4. If the two ever disagree, the Terms win.

The short version

  • The free plan is free. Nothing to cancel.
  • Cancel Glow Up anytime in the app: Settings, then Plan and billing. No calls, no emails.
  • Cancel during your 7-day free trial and you pay nothing.
  • After you cancel, Glow Up stays on until the end of the time you already paid for, then you move to the free plan. Your numbers stay.
  • Yearly plan renewed and you didn't want it? Ask within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund.
  • Charged by mistake, or something broke on our side? Email hello@haluvra.com within 30 days.

How to cancel

Open the app, go to Settings, then Plan and billing, and tap Cancel. That's it. You'll see the date Glow Up ends on the screen, and we'll email you a confirmation.

Can't get into the app? Email hello@haluvra.com from the address on your account and we'll cancel it for you.

Deleting your account also cancels Glow Up right away, and you won't be charged again.

The 7-day free trial

New members can try Glow Up free for 7 days, once per person. You add a card to start, and the screen shows the exact day your first charge happens. When the trial starts, we email you a confirmation with the date it ends, the price and a link to cancel.

If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged anything. If you don't cancel, we charge your card on the day the trial ends.

Automatic renewal

Glow Up renews on its own each month or each year, depending on the plan you picked, until you cancel. On the yearly plan, we email you before each renewal with the date and the price. If a yearly renewal goes through and you didn't want it, you have 14 days to ask for a full refund (see Refunds below). Once a year we also send every Glow Up member a reminder of what they pay, how often, and how to cancel.

If the price goes up, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Refunds

Glow Up payments aren't refundable, except in the cases on this page, and we don't give refunds for part of a month or year when you cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep Glow Up until the end of the time you paid for.

Yearly renewals. If your yearly plan renews automatically and you ask for a refund within 14 days of the renewal charge, we'll refund that renewal in full. Your account then moves to the free plan and your numbers stay. This applies to yearly renewals only, not to your first yearly payment or to monthly payments.

We do make it right when something went wrong. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, charged after you canceled, or Glow Up didn't work because of a problem on our side, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll sort it out, including a refund when that's the fair thing to do.

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right always applies. Nothing on this page takes it away.

Failed payments

If a payment doesn't go through, our payment processor tries again over the next few days and you keep Glow Up while it does. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan. Your numbers stay where they are.

Free months from invites

Free months of Glow Up from our invite program have no cash value, so they can't be refunded or exchanged for money.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@haluvra.com from the address on your account. Tell us the date and amount of the charge and what happened. We read every message. If we give a refund, it goes back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
